East Spencer Street Outlet closing Friday for bridge repairs

ITHACA, N.Y.—East Spencer Street Outlet will be closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10 and Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2021, for a rehabilitation project to replace concrete. A flagger will guide vehicles already on East Spencer Street.
