ITHACA, N.Y.—North Meadow Street (New York State Route 13) will be narrowed to one lane between West Seneca Street and West Buffalo Street for replacement of a malfunctioning wastewater pump.

Construction is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10, and no interruptions to water service are expected.

During the work hours, westbound traffic on West Buffalo Street should turn right onto North Cayuga, North Albany or North Plain Streets before turning left onto West Court Street and taking it to North Meadow Street.

Northbound traffic on North Meadow Street should expect delays from the intersection of Elmira Road and West Court Street.

Westbound traffic on West Buffalo Street will not be able to turn right onto North Meadow Street, and no right turns from West Buffalo to North Meadow Streets will be possible during the repair work.
