ITHACA, N.Y.—An emergency wastewater pumping station repair is taking place until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 28, at the intersection of North Meadow (New York State Route 13) and West Buffalo Streets.

A pump will be replaced, and a blocked pump will be removed.

Northbound traffic on Route 13 will be narrowed to a single lane from the intersection of West Seneca Street to the intersection of West Buffalo Street, and delays along Route 13 should be expected from Elmira Road to West Court Street.

The right turn lane for westbound traffic on West Buffalo Street onto North Meadow Street will be closed, and no right turns from West Buffalo Street onto North Meadow will be possible during the work.

Westbound traffic on West Buffalo Street should turn right onto North Cayuga, Albany or Plain Streets, travel one block and north and then turn left onto West Court Street, taking it to North Meadow Street.
