TOMPKINS COUNTY, N.Y.—Here are the unofficial election results from Tuesday’s U.S. House of Representatives special election for NY-23, the Democratic primary for U.S. House of Representatives NY-19, and the Democratic primary for New York State Senate District 52.
These results will not be official until all of the mail-in ballots are counted next week. All absentee ballots and early votes are included in tonight’s results, according to Tompkins County Democratic Board of Elections Commissioner Steve DeWitt.
(Update 12:01 a.m.) – These numbers will be updated throughout the night as they are published. They are not final until the mail-in ballots are counted.
U.S. House of Representatives Special Election, Congressional District 23 (serving until Jan. 2023)

New York State Senate Democratic Primary, District 52
