ITHACA, N.Y.—After two years of pandemic-related cancellations, the Ithaca Festival Parade is kicking off this year’s celebrations, beginning at 6 p.m. on Cayuga Street near Lincoln Street and traveling toward the Commons, ending on Buffalo Street. Despite years of historical precedence of torrential downpours during the Ithaca Fest parade, the forecast seems clear as of 1:30 p.m.
Vendors will get set up Friday afternoon with live music events beginning at noon playing throughout the evening. The full event schedule can be found here (and is pictured below).
