ITHACA, N.Y.—Ithaca College has dropped its required surveillance testing for unvaccinated people as of June 22, 2022, meaning that the weekly negative test is no longer necessary to access campus.
The college is continuing its vaccine requirement for the 2022–23 academic year for all students unless an exemption is approved.
Employees are strongly encouraged to be fully vaccinated with continued booster shots as eligible, and more information about the school’s policies can be found here.
On-campus testing facilities have been moved to Boothroyd Hall, which will also serve as the quarantine location for the upcoming school year.
Students accessing campus are still required to notify the school (and can do so at email@example.com) if they receive a positive test result during any summer programming.
