TOMPKINS COUNTY, N.Y.—Spring has sprung, but winter decided it wasn’t quite done, and a winter storm warning remains in effect until noon Tuesday.

Visions Federal Credit Union branches are delaying opening until 11 a.m.

Dryden Central School District is holding classes virtually, and BOCES programs are canceled for the day.

Tompkins Cortland Community College is closed due to inclement weather and intermittent power outages, and some classes may be held remotely as directed by individual professors.

Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit (TCAT) is not running Route 30 at 9:30 or 10:45 a.m. from Green Street. TCAT also urges all riders to check the bus tracker before riding to ensure their route is running.

Foodnet Meals on Wheels will be closed Tuesday, and clients are reminded to use Blizzard Boxes as needed.

Catholic Charities offices will be closed all day Tuesday.
