ITHACA, N.Y.—The City of Ithaca announced that tree work on a large tree in the 700 block of Cliff Street will close one lane starting at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10.

The lane closure is because of the work and that the construction equipment will be staged in a nearby municipal parking lot. There will be delays but the city is not setting up any recommended detours around the work.

One lane will still be open to traffic, and will be monitored by flaggers. There will be no parking in the municipal parking lot from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 10. The work is scheduled to be fully completed by 4 p.m. that day.

Here is the general vicinity of the work, which will be located at 702 Cliff Street.
