ITHACA, N.Y.—The City of Ithaca has announced that paving work at the intersection of East Seneca Street and North Tioga Street will reduce traffic flow for two days this week.

The work, which is to remove old asphalt and repave, will begin on July 27 and is scheduled to finish on July 28. The roads will be narrowed to one lane “in the vicinity of the work,” so not for each full street.
