ITHACA, N.Y. –– The Ithaca Police Department is investigating a shooting at a residence on S. Plain Street that left two injured Friday night.

At approximately 11:30 p.m., officers responded to a home on the 100 block of South Plain Street where they found one person who had been shot directly and another who was grazed by a bullet. One of the victims was transported to a regional trauma center with non-life-threatening injuries, and the other was treated on-scene and released.
