ITHACA, N.Y.—The winter weather will close three of the four COVID-19 testing sites tomorrow, Tuesday, February 2, according to an announcement from Cayuga Health Systems.

The downtown testing center, located at 412 North Tioga Street in Ithaca, will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The other three, though, at the mass sampling center at the Shops at Ithaca Mall parking lot, Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca and the Cayuga Health Cortland Sampling Site in Cortlandville will all be closed.

The release does not state what will happen for those who had already made appointments for Feb. 2, though they will likely have to reschedule for later in the week.

Appointments are still required at all sites, including 412 North Tioga Street, in order to receive a test. They can be scheduled at www.cayugahealth.org or by calling (607) 319-5708. More information can be found at www.tompkinscountyny.gov/health.
