ITHACA, N.Y. — One of the two individuals hospitalized with the coronavirus has been discharged, according to the most recent data from the Tompkins County Health Department.
Positive cases rose by three, up to 73, but were accompanied by 100 negative tests as well, as Tompkins expanded testing capabilities continues to bring quicker results.
The county began reporting the number of hospitalized on Saturday evening, and have reported that one of the two patients that were being treated for the virus has been discharged.
The Cayuga Health sampling site at The Shops at Ithaca Mall parking lot, 40 Catherwood Rd. is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
