Coltivare means ‘cultivate’ in Italian. Cultivate learning, cultivate land, and transform it into local, farm-fresh dining. Fresh foods from the TC3 farm, combined with other local ingredients, will create a distinctly seasonal and unique regional menu. The Coltivare Culinary Center features a full bar and restaurant, event space for up to 250 people, a culinary lab and an amphitheater styled wine tasting classroom. We serve our guests daily within our restaurant, and we also have events that take place, everything from the local Rotary Club to high-end weddings and everything in between.
We also offer community cooking classes on the second Saturday of every month, hosted by our very own Sous Chef. Our facility is staffed by paid professionals, however we have students that are paired up with our professionals throughout each semester, as they learn every different job working in a restaurant. These students are very often helping grow, prepare and serve the various food and beverages on our menus. In this way, we want to let our community know that they should come in and … “Taste What We Teach.”
