ITHACA, N.Y. — Ithaca’s 36th Annual Apple Harvest Festival will take over the Ithaca Commons and sprawl out to nearby streets this weekend, causing some detours for TCAT buses this weekend. Bus riders who usually use Routes 13 and 17 should take note.

The festival will take place from Friday through Sunday on the Ithaca Commons. The festival features local food and craft vendors, produce, entertainment, activities, and all sorts of apple-inspired baked goods and products.

TCAT said the following routes will be detoured:

Route 13 outbound from Seneca St. will travel right onto Geneva St., left onto Cascadilla St. (back onto normal route.) The Cayuga @ Cascadilla stop is relocated to Geneva @ Cascadilla. The Cayuga @ Buffalo stop is relocated to Geneva @ Buffalo.

Route 13 inbound from Cascadilla St. will travel right onto Geneva St., to Seneca St. (back onto normal route.) The Cascadilla @ Cayuga stop is relocated to Geneva @ Cascadilla. The Cayuga @ Buffalo stop is relocated to Geneva @ Buffalo.

Route 17 inbound from TCAT will travel from Cayuga St.; right onto Cascadilla St.; left on Geneva St. to Seneca St. (back onto normal route.)

Route 17 outbound from Seneca St. Station will travel right onto Tioga St.; left onto Tompkins St.; right onto Cayuga St. (back onto normal route.)
