DANBY, N.Y. — No one was injured in a rollover crash involving a delivery truck early Monday. The crash is under investigation, the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office says.

At 2:20 a.m. Monday, emergency crews responded to Route 34/96 Spencer Road at the intersection of Walding Lane in Danby for a reported freigh delivery truck rollover.

The cause of the crash is under investigation, Lt. Daniel Donahue, public information officer for the sheriff’s office said.

West Danby Fire and Rescue responded to the scene along with CNY Towing and the Department of Environmental Conservation. The DEC was on scene to clean up diesel fuel that spilled on the roadway from the fuel tanks. It was cleaned up without incident, Donahue said.

The truck was the only vehicle involved in the crash. No one was injured.
