ITHACA, N.Y. — An Ithaca man is facing several felony charges including kidnapping and rape after police say he was involved in a domestic assault in Danby.

New York State Police at Ithaca have arrested Ezra N. Broadwell, 23, of Ithaca, on charges of first-degree kidnapping, first-degree rape, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing.
