ITHACA, N.Y. — An 17-year-old man was indicted last week on multiple counts alleging that he sexually abused a child.
Kevin Wydick Jr. is charged with felonies for first-degree criminal sexual act and first-degree sexual abuse, along with a misdemeanor for endangering the welfare of a child.
The Dryden Village Police Department arrested Wydick on a warrant Jan. 18. According to court documents, he engaged in “oral sexual conduct” with a child less than 11 years old.
He’s being held at the Tompkins County Jail on $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond.
Wydick is scheduled to appear in court for arraignment on Jan. 26.
