ITHACA, N.Y. — The Cornell University Police Department is looking for a person who reportedly photographed or videotaped a woman without her consent while she was showering at Cornell University.

Police said the incident happened around 11 p.m. on Nov. 5 at the Hans Bethe House on West Campus.

In a news release, police stated, “CUPD was notified by a female resident that she was photographed or videotaped by an unknown person while she showered in a gender-neutral bathroom. The identity of the suspect is unknown, and there is no physical description.”

Police are asking anyone with information about the incident or similar incident to call CUPD Investigations at 607-255-1111 or via email at cup-inv.cornell.edu.
