TRUMANSBURG, NY — The fall entertainment lineup at Atlas Bowl will bring the best local musicians and performing artists to Trumansburg, the up and coming social destination in the Finger Lakes.
Last week local band Junkyard Theory kicked off the fall season of Atlas Live & Local, a free music series presented by Atlas Bowl. The series includes a select line-up of Friday night performances by emerging artists, as well as established and veteran local favorites over the course of the next three months. The best part is: these performances cost nothing to attend, and are open to the public.
The fall schedule for Atlas Live & Local includes appearances by Not From Wisconsin (9/15), The Rungs (9/22), The Ithacats, and The Surf Renegades (10/6), The Small Kings (10/20), Johnny Dowd (11/3), Angie Beeler with Arthur B and the Planetary Mix (11/17), Stone Cold Miracle (12/1), and The Fly Rods (12/15).
The entertainment doesn’t stop with live music. Atlas will bring other socially engaging activities and performance art events to the local community throughout fall and into the holiday season. Atlas will offer a selection of Christmas and Hanukah events, including a community cookie exchange, a Hanukah-inspired night of tunes and tasty bites, and even an interactive burlesque show featuring Ithaca’s very own Whiskey Tango Sideshow.
Some of the best weekly social events in the Ithaca-Trumansburg area this fall are at Atlas.
QuizBowl, a high-energy trivia showdown is held each Wednesday, with special guest appearances, prizes and tastings by local producers. DJs, collectors, and musicians spin their favorite tracks at The Vinyl Showcase every Thursday. Go head-to-head with friends, neighbors and colleagues with some friendly competition during fall social bowling leagues, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Plus, you can visit Atlas on a weekday for half-priced bowling from 4-6 p.m.
Striving to bring the best social and dining experiences to our local community, Atlas welcomes all to join in the fun this fall. More information regarding live music and other events can be found at AtlasBowl.com or by following Atlas on Facebook.
