ITHACA, N.Y. – Members of Tompkins County Animal Control are seeking help tracking down the owner of two dogs who were allegedly involved in an attack in June.

According to Joseph Hoffer, Senior Investigator and Animal Control Manager at the Tompkins County SPCA, the investigation has led him to believe Stanley Schroeder is the owner of the two dogs. 

Hoffer said Shroeder’s two dogs were involved in a ‘vicious attack’ on another animal in Ithaca on June 12.

Anyone with further information on Schroeder’s whereabouts are asked to call 607-592-6773 with additional information.
