ITHACA, NY — We’re tasting our way through The Rook’s fall cocktail menu. Guests will find a mix of old favorites and fresh new flavors that pair perfectly with the kitchen’s fall selections.

Highlights include the delightfully earthy “Vlad the Impaler” made with house-made beet-orange shrub and local ginger beer, and the “Could You Bee Loved” with bourbon, honey and local South Hill Pommeau. The full drink menu is available online at http://www.rookfoodanddrink.com/menu

The Rook opened in January 2016 at 404 W. State Street, in the former home of the Fine Line Bistro. They offer modern takes on classic fare in a casual atmosphere, plus a full bar offering beer, wine, and craft cocktails.

The Rook is open Tuesday through Saturday 5 p.m. – midnight. Full dinner is served until 10 p.m., while a late night menu featuring salads, grilled pizzas, and duck fat-fried chicken is offered from 10 p.m. until midnight. More information and the latest menus can be found at rookfoodanddrink.com
