ITHACA, NY — Gola Osteria has officially launched its fall harvest menu and it’s the best one yet​! ​

Chef Sam Epps has put together seasonal favorites to craft up some must-try autumn dishes​.​

Some of our lighter fare favorites are the Delicata Squash Bruschetta, which is topped with warm house made ricotta and toasted pumpkin seeds, as well as our Carciofi Ala Romana which features Roman style artichokes marinated with garlic, mint, chilies and basil. The Carciofi Ala Romana is a rare treat when available.

For the heartier dishes, we are proud to serve Linguine Fini made with Gola Pancetta, Roasted Butternut Squash and Habanero Oil and another favorite, Crispy Veal Sweetbreads served with farmer ground polenta, cipolla modenese, black truffle and brown butter vinaigrette.
