ITHACA, NY — Atlas Bowl is redefining the local hospitality scene by blending a forward-thinking approach to cuisine and libations with a nostalgic perspective of social entertainment. Atlas has eliminated the need to negotiate the choice between an outstanding food and drink experience and a relaxed and engaging social experience.
Atlas social leagues are perfect for bowlers of all skill levels, those who do not wish to make the significant time commitment of conventional leagues, and are looking to bowl in a pleasant environment that includes great music, chef-driven dining options and a full-service bar.
Fall leagues run for 11 weeks plus championship tournaments. Each week teams are matched up with a fresh competitor team to bowl three games.
Leagues dues are just $12 per week. Plus, all league members are eligible for half-priced bowling anytime during the league season!
Atlas Fall Social League Nights and Times:
• Monday 8:00 (began September 12, 2016)
• Tuesday 8:00pm (begins September 13, 2016)
In an effort to accommodate all members scheduling needs, Atlas Social Leagues do not meet on or the day before major holidays and national events. Leagues will be on vacation for Halloween, Election Day and Thanksgiving Eve – off nights are Monday October 31st, November 8th, and November 23rd.
Space is limited so sign-up today! Social leagues can accommodate rolling registrations for teams early in the season.
Atlas approaches hospitality with a three-pronged approach to their offerings: Eat. Drink. Bowl.
The menu at Atlas offers a traditional, yet globally-inspired selection of elevated comfort food for casual diners and foodies alike, featuring eclectic tacos, griddle-cooked burgers, sharable plates, classic sandwiches and chef-driven entrees. These highly-regarded culinary offerings pair perfectly with a modern beverage program that includes cocktails, craft beers, ciders, wines and spirits from the Finger Lakes and beyond, as well as a traditional selection of casual domestic bottles and non-alcoholic beverages.
The final element of Atlas’ three-pronged approach to hospitality is the social element of old-school bowling. With seven operational vintage lanes, guests can take a step back and enjoy the simple pleasure of doing something fun together.
Atlas’ forward-thinking nostalgic approach is also reflected in their league programming. By removing some of the significant barriers to conventional league involvement such as time commitments, skill-level and roster restrictions, Atlas has created culture of friendly, low-stress competition that amplifies the social nature of recreational sports.
