ITHACA, N.Y. — Five people were indicted Thursday on a series of charges linked to a meth bust that happened in Newfield earlier this year.

On February 17, a search warrant was issued at 36 Bishop Road, 106 Ward Heights North, and 712 Ward Blvd East as the result of a lengthy investigation into methamphetamine manufacturing and trafficking, police said.

A total of nine people were taken into custody at the locations and faced an array of charges from felonies to misdemeanors. At least three children were at one of the homes when the raids happened.
