Update 1 p.m.: According to a post on the New York Public Safety Facebook page, four-year-old Steven Lockcuff was found and is safe. No further information as to the circumstances behind the alert have been revealed at this time.
NEWBURGH, NY – Authorities have issued a missing child advisory for a four-year-old boy last seen in the Souther Tier.

The child, Steven Lockcuff, is believed to be with his mother Tanya Rae Kling, and another man, Dennis Terwilliger.
The advisory states that authorities believe that Lockcuff may be in danger and in need of medical attention.
Initial reports placed the group in the Endicott area, outside of Binghamton, at 2:30 a.m. on Monday morning.
The last known information indicates they were near Kerhonkson, New York in Ulster County on Monday morning at around 10:15 a.m. They are believed to be traveling in a White Kia or a red 1999 Oldsmobile Regency with South Carolina plates.
Anyone who sees the child or adults he is with should call the Newburgh Police Department at (845) 564-1100 or dial 911.
Steven Lockcuff is a four year old boy with blonde hair and hazel eyes, roughly three feet tall and weighing 34 pounds.
Tanya Rae Kling is a 32 year old white female with brown hair and hazel eyes, standing 4’11” and weighing around 120 pounds. The man she is reportedly with, Dennis Terwilliger, is a 39-year-old white male with a bald head and brown eyes. He stands 5’7″ and weighs around 250 pounds.
