Please join us in Press Bay Alley 10 to 4 on Saturday April 23rd for our earth day Climate Solutions Fair: We Can Fix This & It Will Be Fun. Like a science fair for climate action, the Climate Solutions Fair will bring together people who are passionate about solar power, wind power, electric bikes, tiny houses, local foods and other ways to save the planet and have fun doing it. Kids will enjoy family bike games, a hula hoop contest, Climate the Clown, and an energy expo by the Physics Bus.

See the latest alternative energy technology presented by energy experts Halco Energy and Taitem Engineering. East tasty food provided by Press Bay Alley’s food trucks: Bici Cocina, Star Truck, and Lou’s Dogs. Enjoy music by Travis Knapp and Astrosheep, and more!

Interested in presenting your passion? Think of this event as a kind of science fair for climate action (but with awesome food and music). This event is not just for large organizations but also for you, the ordinary citizen, to showcase something you are enthusiastic about and want to share.

Like Alfred who developed a solar powered electric bike charging station, Chris who replaced his family car with an electric cargo bike, or Thea who keeps backyard chickens.

What climate-loving hobbies are you enthusiastic about? What do you do that promotes local living and saves energy?

Press Bay Alley is located at 118 West Green St. in Ithaca NY. Climate Solutions Fair is sponsored by Boxy Bikes, Ithaca’s electric bike and family bike store. For more information, or if you’d like to participate, contact info@boxybikes.com.
