DRYDEN N.Y. — A Dryden man is charged with a felony after police say he was caught driving drunk with his 3-year-old son in the vehicle.

David W. Clark, 29, is charged with a felony for aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child less than 16-years-old and with a B.A.C. of .09 percent.

Police said that just before 8 p.m. on Sunday, troopers responded to a report of a physical dispute on State Route 38 in the town of Dryden. Police said Clark drove off with his son after a dispute with his wife. When he returned to the home, troopers said he was intoxicated and Clark was taken into custody.

He was issued tickets and scheduled to appear in the town of Dryden court on April 4.
