ITHACA, N.Y. — Police said a drunk woman was pulled over in Collegetown Thursday when police saw she was driving on two flat tires with heavy front end damage to her vehicle.

Ana K. Morone, 22, of Ithaca, was pulled over at 2:08 a.m. at the intersection of Eddy Street and Dryden Road, Ithaca police said in a news release.

Morone had been allegedly driving erratically with two flat tires and bumper scraping the road. Her Blood Alcohol Content was .12 percent. The legal limit is .08 percent.

She’s charged with driving while intoxicated with a BAC of .08 percent or more of alcohol, driving while intoxicated, and leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident.

Officers from IPD and Cornell University Police Department tried to find damaged property or vehicles in the area that may have been hit while Morone was driving, but were unsuccessful.

Morone was released to a sober third party and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 17.
