ITHACA, NY – Your might not be able to find it this year, but if you want a great beer to celebrate next New Year’s with, national culture magazine Paste recommends one of Ithaca’s own.

Ithaca Beer Company’s Creeker, a double IPA, is usually a seasonal offering but will be available year-round as of February.

Paste describes the beer as “a nuanced beer with all sorts of crowd-pleasing layers… full of killer hop strains,” adding “It’s also undeniably boozy at a hefty 9% alcohol by volume.”

The review sums up saying, “Overall, what you get with Creeker is a complex beer that offers a wallop of sweet fruit to please casual IPA fans, but also plenty of ‘hidden’ layers for those looking for a multi-dimensional beer experience.” They rated it 8.9 out of 10.

Personally, I don’t know what about half of that description means (and the rest of the review is even more ostentatious)… but who wouldn’t want to enjoy a ” multi-dimensional beer experience”?
