Frank T. Warner, 29, was indicted on second degree assault. Records say that Warner, “with intent to cause physical injury to a child who was less than seven years old, caused such injury to a child.”
Records say that Warner was also indicted on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
For a period of time between September 2015 and October 13, 2015, Warner “knowingly acted in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of a child.”
The same offense was also alleged for a period between November 6, 2014 and October 13, 2015.
Warner was released on bail.
