ENFIELD, N.Y. — Two people were taken to a hospital Wednesday morning after a two-vehicle crash in Enfield, officials said.
The rollover crash was reported at 10:41 a.m. at the intersection of Mecklenburg and Georgia roads, a Tompkins County 911 dispatcher said.
Enfield Fire and Rescue workers extracted a person from a vehicle at the scene. Two people were taken in a Bangs Ambulance to Cayuga Medical Center with injuries a state trooper said did not seem to be life threatening.
The dispatcher said life-support helicopters could not be flown to the scene because of poor weather conditions.
The accident is being investigated.
