LANSING, N.Y. — A convicted Lansing rapist is back in jail for allegedly violating his probation, records say.
Douglas J. Predmore, 26, was taken into custody after he tuned himself in to officials when a warrant was issued for his arrest for allegedly violating his probation, records say.
According to documents filed in September, Predmore is accused of “interfering with polygraph processes,” which he is mandated to comply with for his probation.
Predmore was convicted of endangering the welfare of a child and a felony for third-degree rape after committing sexual acts with a person younger than 17 years old.
He was sentenced to six months in jail and 10 years of probation, according to online records.
An official at the Tompkins County Jail said Predmore is still in custody with no bail as of Tuesday morning.
