ITHACA, N.Y. — Police are looking for a man they say robbed a person at gunpoint Saturday morning.

Officers were called at 2:24 a.m. to Washington Park after receiving a report that a man with a gun robbed another man of his cellphone, wallet and ID.
The robbery victim was found about two blocks away on Cascadilla Street with no injuries.
Police said a person matching the description of the suspect was stopped nearby but released after officers determined he was not the robber.
Police are still looking for the suspect who they describe as being a black male, about 6-feet-tall with a stocky, heavyset build who was last seen near Washington Park wearing a dark colored hoodie.
