The Community Arts Partnership is hosting its second annual CAP-a-Palooza art sale extraordinaire fundraiser! Over 500 pieces of art have been donated to “CAP” for sale to the public.

Prints and some originals are priced at $25 each, and larger framed pieces are priced low to sell.

“This is an opportunity for the public to own some really great local art for very affordable prices,” says Robin Schwartz, Program Director at CAP. 

There were so many happy people and nice stories that came out of last year’s sale.  A mother bringing her children to pick out their first piece of art, people with low incomes enjoying having the opportunity to own original local art, and just many happy people enjoying looking through 500 pieces of art!

The sale starts in the CAP office on Friday, October 2, from 5pm to 8pm, and continues through Saturday and Sunday (during the Apple Harvest Festival) from noon to five, October 3 and 4.  The CAP office is located inside Center Ithaca, on the food atrium level.
