Lansing, N.Y. — Police have identified the man flown to a hospital on Monday after an accident involving a motorcycle in Lansing.

William Tang, 48, of Ithaca, was taken to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse after the motorcyclist was hit by a car on North Triphammer Road, according to a news release from the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office.

Tang is in stable condition.

Alice Colby-Hall, 83, of Ithaca, was accused of failing to yield the right of way, according to the news release. Colby-Hall hit Tang’s motorcycle while turning onto North Triphammer Road.
