The suspect entered the business and threatened the female clerk before demanding money from the register. Cash was turned over; no weapon was displayed.

The robbery occurred at 3:48 p.m.

“The suspect fled the business on foot and was last seen running north on N. Geneva Street,” the press release said.

“Ithaca Police are looking for a white male, approximately 6ft tall, thin build who was wearing a grey hoodie under a blue denim jacket. The grey hoodie was pulled in front of the suspects face in an attempt to hide the suspect’s facial features.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Ithaca Police Department at 607-272-3245.
