“Chief Barber is pleased to announce the hiring of Jevon Pakkala and Mary Orsario as Police Officers for the Ithaca Police Department.  Recruit Officers Pakkala and Orsario are attending the Broome County Law Enforcement Academy in Binghamton, NY.”

“Recruit Officer Pakkala graduated from Cazenovia College in 2012 with a Bachelors Degree in Business.  He was recently employed by Bangs Ambulance as a Paramedic and is also a Volunteer Firefighter.”
