Ithaca, N.Y. — Temperatures in Ithaca will drop to -5 degrees tonight, according to the National Weather Service — and that’s not counting the wind chill factor.
Including the wind chill factor, Ithaca will feel like -14 degrees on Thursday, the National Weather Service said.
As for snow, the NWS said this morning that about an inch or two will fall over Tompkins County throughout the day — though 3 or 4 inches might be possible.
Right now, temps are hovering around 15 degrees, according to the weather service. That number will drop.
The good news (maybe?) is that temperatures by the weekend should be above 20 degrees, which is better but not quite warm enough to go sunbathing.
