Temperatures will rise to 19 degrees today, according to the National Weather Service.

“Not exactly balmy, but not quite as brutal as the past few days,” the weather service said. “Today will be the 19th straight day Syracuse is 32 or less!”

Tonight will be frigid again, however, with a low of around 3 degrees and a wind chill at about -5 degrees.
