On Friday at 7:51 p.m., deputies were called to Fall Creek Road near Leisure Lane. There, they found a brown 2005 Ford overturned on the north side of the road, according to the news release.
The driver — Mark R. Totman, 30, of Cortlandville — was then arrested. Police say he was intoxicated when the crash occurred.
Totman has been charged with one count of felony driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to keep right.
He was arraigned in Caroline and released.
