Ithaca, N.Y. – Ithaca College has announced a new “visual identity” for the school’s athletic programs.

“We came together as an institution across campus and included people in creating something that so epitomizes the greatness of Ithaca College athletics,” said Susan Bassett, director of Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreational Sports at Ithaca College.

The new athletics website has a self-described “sleek, modern appearance.”

The website makes it clear that the athletics program’s nickname is still the “Bombers.” The school said that they did not seek a new mascot during this project.
