Ithaca, N.Y. — A suspect in a Sunday night robbery in Cayuga Heights was arrested after he was seen on Cornell’s North Campus, according to the Cornell University Police Department.

The man is accused of entering a house on The Parkway and displaying a small handgun. The robbery occurred around 10:23 p.m.

Police say he is a white male, about 5 feet 7 inches tall wearing khaki pants, a white sleeveless T-shirt and a backpack.

The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Department, Cornell University Police and the City of Ithaca Police were all involved in the investigation.
