Ithaca, N.Y. — A convicted rapist from Spencer, N.Y., is wanted for violating probation, the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office said on its Facebook page Sunday.

Randy Zahradnik, Jr., 35, was convicted on second-degree rape charges on May 16, 2011, for raping a 14-year-old girl, according to the county’s sex offender registry. He was sentenced to six months in jail and 10 years of probation.

Zahradnik is Caucasian, has brown hair and hazel eyes, and is 5’10”, police said. His last known location was at 39 Hillview Rd. in Spencer.

In addition, the sheriff’s office said Sunday it is searching for two other individuals: Wayne Spencer, 23, and Matthew Hamilton, 38.

Spencer is wanted for grand larceny in the fourth degree, according to police. He drives a red 2000 Subaru Forrester and was employed at PetSmart in the City of Ithaca.

Spencer is described as a 6’03” African-American man with black hair and brown eyes, according to police. He was last seen at 371 North Applegate Rd.

Hamilton is wanted for probation-related offenses, police said. He was originally charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

Hamilton is a 5’08” Caucasian man and was last seen at 19 North Van Doren Rd., Enfield, N.Y.

The sheriff’s office could not be reached for comment Sunday afternoon.
